If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks (28 days) after the product has been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must also have your order number and proof of purchase.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by following the instructions:

  • Please take any relevant photos of the malfunction or issue
  • Include your order number
  • Write as much information that you can about the issue so we can better understand how to assist

Once approved for a return, the reshipments are prioritized above regular orders. The timeline is 2-7 business days and no additional shipping cost.


We do not offer refunds. However, we do allow for returns as an exchange for the following:

  • Sizing issue
  • Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items
